Industrial Project Manager (Factory Equipment Installation)

Position Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced Industrial Project Manager with a strong focus on factory equipment installation and industrial facility projects. This role is responsible for managing projects from planning through installation, ensuring schedules, manpower, and site operations are executed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage industrial projects from initiation to completion
• Develop, monitor, and control overall project schedules
• Manage on-site manpower, subcontractors, and daily field operations
• Coordinate factory equipment installation, relocation, and setup
• Supervise equipment line marking, layout verification, and installation accuracy
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, site rules, and regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, engineers, and internal teams
• Identify and resolve site issues proactively to keep projects on track

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the industrial field
• Strong background in factory equipment installation projects
• Solid understanding of industrial layouts, line marking, and installation processes
• Ability to manage multiple crews and project schedules simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness and ability to work on-site as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing plants or industrial facilities
• Knowledge of equipment installation, relocation, and commissioning processes
• Bilingual in English and Korean is a plus
