■ 채용직무 :
B2B Team Manager

■ 업무내용 :
1. Wholesale business management
• Manage and grow existing wholesale customer accounts
• Develop new B2B partnerships and revenue opportunities
• Conduct account reviews, pricing discussions, and business follow-ups
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and account growth

2. Food service & distribution execution
• Execute U.S.-side business development and account management
• Coordinate with Korea Office’s B2B team on planning and expansion
• Support onboarding and execution for new business opportunities
• Coordinate across sales, logistics, purchasing, and operations

3. Team & operational leadership
• Lead daily B2B operations and account management
• Manage the B2B Account Assistant Manager across admin, customer comms,documentation, and order support
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, logistics, finance, marketing, and Korea office

4. Sales growth & business development
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Drive revenue growth across multiple B2B channels
• Prepare forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports
• Participate in client meetings, industry networking, and business development

■ 지원자격:
– B2B 영업, Account Management 또는 Business Development 분야 8년 이상의 경력
– 식품(Food), Grocery 또는 Distribution 업계 경험
– 영어-한국어 이중 언어 구사자
